Delegates or faculty must carry the registration receipt received via email for collecting of
Conference registration Tag.
Registration will be confirmed only upon realisation of payment (for DD payments).
Ensure that you provide an active email ID and mobile number that you use regularly, as these will
be
used for sending the registration receipt and all conference communications.
The Organising Committee shall not be responsible for any change in the date or venue due to
unforeseen circumstances.
The Conference Organisers will not be responsible for postal delays, delivery failures, or failure
of
electronic communication.
All delegates must carry a government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID) for a smooth
registration process.
Submission of an HOD letter is mandatory to avail of registration under the Postgraduate category.
Spot Registration: Payment will be accepted only via Cash, Card, or UPI. The distribution of the
delegate kit will be subject to availability.

Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules
or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
The registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in
the conference account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab
transition period.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be provided for cancellation requests received after 4th May 2026.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to isoi2026hyd@gmail.com
Cancellations received before 4th May 2026, conference attendees are entitled to a refund after
deducting 30% administrative charges and applicable transaction costs.
The GST 18% amount will not be refunded.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days Post conference.
Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment as received. No cash refunds will be issued
