Eligibility:

• 32nd ISOI 2026, Registered Undergraduate (UG), Interns, and Postgraduate (PG) students, as per the conference eligibility criteria.
• The presenting author must be a registered conference delegate.
• The presenter should be the first author.
• Each presenter may present only one scientific paper.

Nature of the Paper

The paper should represent:

• Original research
• Clinical research
• Clinical case report / series
• Systematic review or meta-analysis

The work should be original and should not have received an award at any previous national conference.

Abstract Submission

• Maximum 300 words.
• Structured Format:
  • Background
  • Aim
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• Include 3–5 keywords.
• Mention all authors and institutional affiliations.
• Declaration of conflicts of interest and funding (if any).
• Last Date for Abstract Submission: 10th August 2026

Presentation Format

• Oral Presentation only.
• Total Time: 10 Minutes
  • 8 Minutes Presentation
  • 2 Minutes Discussion
• PowerPoint (16:9 Widescreen).
• Approx 15–20 slides.

Scientific Requirements

• Data should be accurate and evidence-based.
• Ethical approval should be mentioned wherever applicable.
• Patient consent must be obtained for identifiable clinical photographs.
• Appropriate statistical analysis should be presented where applicable.
• Images, radiographs, and graphs should be of high quality.

Presentation Rules

• The presenter must report to the assigned hall at least 30 minutes before the session.
• All presentations must be uploaded at the Speaker Preview Room as per the schedule and timelines communicated by the Scientific Committee.
• The allotted presentation time must be strictly adhered to.
• Commercial promotion or advertisements are not permitted.
• Generic names should be used in place of brand names whenever possible.

General Instructions

• Presenters should be professionally dressed.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during the session.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to modify the presentation schedule, venue, or session timings if required.
• The decision of the Scientific Committee regarding eligibility, scheduling, and awards shall be final.

Certificate

• A Certificate of Presentation will be issued only to the presenting author.
• Best Student Paper Awards will be announced during the Valedictory Session.

Disqualification

A presentation may be disqualified for:

• Plagiarism.
• Fabricated or manipulated data.
• Exceeding the allotted presentation time.
• Commercial advertising.
• Failure to present during the scheduled session.
• The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

Poster Specifications

E-Poster General Specifications:

• The E-poster will be displayed on a standard 42" LCD.
• File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX) & 16:9 (Landscape)
• Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB.
• 1 slide per poster only.
• Slide should be in the provided template.
• Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only
• Presenters are required to bring their e-Poster on a USB flash drive (Pen Drive).
• Use large, clear fonts that are readable from a distance of at least 1–2 meters.
• Use high-resolution clinical photographs, radiographs, charts, and illustrations.
• Avoid excessive text; use bullet points wherever possible.
