Preconference Course Guidelines

Conference registration is mandatory for enrollment in any Preconference Course.
Conduct of any Preconference Course is subject to achieving the minimum required number of participants. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify or cancel a course if the minimum enrollment is not met.
Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Organizing Committee.
Gifts, course materials, certificates, and additional benefits, if any, shall be provided at the discretion of the respective organizing partner/sponsor.
Preconference venues may vary depending on the course. Delegates are requested to carefully note the venue/location of their selected course. Detailed venue information will be communicated separately by the Preconference Coordinator.
All communication, coordination, and course-related updates will be handled by the respective Course Coordinator and Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the course schedule, venue, faculty, course content, or format if required.
Registration for a Preconference Course implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
